SAFETY AND FUNCTION

Hennepin EMS ambulances are custom designed with safety and function in mind. Stowing cabinet contents, securing potential projectiles, and eliminating cabinet corners are ways we design our ambulances to be safer in the event of a crash. In addition, being the first large EMS service in the world to install Stryker Power-LOAD® in our entire fleet of ambulances has reduced cumulative lift trauma occurrences. Our fleet of Road Rescue ambulances are fully compliant to SAE and CAAS v.1.
